Dave was about to explain that when we break this world of ours down to nanoseconds and atoms we can observe it at a subatomic level. In this world we are neither here nor there, we simply exist in a superpostion of several quantum states. It is however, at the exact point when we introduce an uncertainty into this equation by attempting to deduce what space we have occupied on this time line, that we alter this state of existence and therefore make our presence either here or there.
